Cheryl really went out of her way to help me. Since I didn't have any experience,

Cheryl showed me many things to look for in the homes that we toured. She would
point out problems that I didn't realize the significance of & some that I didn't even
locate.

She didn't push me to purchase a home that was anything other than what I wanted
or at the top of my price range.

I had some minor problems come up after I had been in the home for almost a
year. She went out of her way and came to the home to see if she could see what
the problem was. When I showed her, she personally called the builder and also the
